Mountain climbing

The Hochkönig (2,943 m) is one of the most impressive massifs in the northern Limestone Alps and lies in the south-eastern corner of the Berchtesgaden Alps. It provides excellent conditions for climbers, mountaineering enthusiasts and alpine sport climbers. The western neighbor of the Hochkönig massif offers likewise a wide range for mountaineering and climbing.
